From February 26 to 29 the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center hosted the 2025 edition of MARBLE & STONE SAUDI ARABIA, the country’s main tradeshow devoted to stone materials, stone technologies and complementary products. The show was part of the many events of BIG 5 CONSTRUCT SAUDI, the Persian Gulf country’s reference expo for the building world, which this year had more than 2,000 exhibiting companies from 60 countries and more than 70,000 visitors.
For this edition of the Saudi event CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE again organized and curated – in close collaboration with ICE-Agency and in the context of the promotional plan for the sector backed by the association and supported by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) – the participation of stone industry companies inside a big national hall. The Italia Area at MARBLE & STONE SAUDI ARABIA 2025 presented 65 of the top sector brands:

The Italian area also featured an inviting official Meeting Point, with information and assistance services for Italian companies exhibiting at or visiting the show.
Data processed by the CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE Studies Center attest to the importance the Saudi market has gained for Italian stone and techno-stone products, with total exports to Saudi Arabia that in 2024 reached 118.6 million euros, growth of 45.5% from the previous year. In detail, Italian sales of finished and semi-finished stone products amounted to 84.5 million euros, an increase of 37.2%, while raw stone sales amounted to 10.8 million, up 38%. Also very positive were figures for stone technologies Made in Italy, with exports to Saudi Arabia last year worth over 23 million, an increase of 92.6% from 2023, showing the country’s interest in innovative stone-working equipment with high added value.
